Getting Started
Prepare the monitor for first use.
- Insert Batteries: Open the battery compartment on the back and insert 2 AAA batteries, observing the polarity (+/-).
- Set Date & Time: Press the CLOCK button. Use the MEMORY button to select the field and START/STOP to adjust values. Press CLOCK again to set.
- Apply the Cuff: Place the cuff on your bare left wrist approximately 0.5-1 inch from your palm. Secure it snugly with the cloth closure.
- Position Your Arm: Rest your elbow on a table so the monitor is at the level of your heart. Relax your hand with palm facing up.
CAUTION! Ensure the cuff is not too tight or too loose. Incorrect positioning is a common cause of inaccurate readings.

- Position: Rest your arm on a table so the monitor is at heart level. Relax your hand.
- Start: Press the START/STOP button. The cuff will begin to inflate automatically.
- Hold Still: Remain still and quiet until the measurement is complete. Do not bend your wrist.
- Read Results: Your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will display. Note any warning icons.
- Automatic Storage: The reading is automatically saved to the current user's memory.
- Power Off: The monitor will turn off automatically after about 1 minute.
Tip: Take measurements at the same time each day, such as morning and evening, for consistent tracking.
Memory Function
Review and manage your stored readings.
- Select User: Press the MEMORY button to cycle between User 1 and User 2. The user icon will change.

| No display when START is pressed | Dead or incorrectly inserted batteries | Replace with new AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity. |
| Error Code "E-1" or "E-2" | Cuff is not wrapped correctly or air leakage | Re-wrap the cuff snugly. Check tube connection. Ensure cuff is not over a thick sleeve. |
| Error Code "E-3" | Excessive movement during measurement | Hold your wrist still at heart level and retake the measurement. |
| Error Code "E-4" or "E-5" | Pulse could not be detected or pressure is out of range | Reposition the cuff correctly. Rest for 5 minutes and try again. If persistent, consult your doctor. |
| Readings seem inconsistent or inaccurate | Incorrect body position, recent activity, or talking | Ensure proper posture (arm at heart level, feet flat). Rest quietly for 5 minutes before measuring. Do not talk. |
| Memory does not recall data | Wrong user selected or memory cleared | Press MEMORY to select the correct user (1 or 2). Data cannot be recovered if cleared. |
| Display is faint or difficult to read | Low battery power | Replace batteries immediately. |
