First-Time Setup

Prepare monitor for first use.

  1. Insert batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 2 AAA batteries observing polarity.

  4. Apply cuff: Position on left wrist (unless instructed otherwise by physician).

Taking a Measurement

For accurate results, follow these steps carefully.

  1. Rest for 5 minutes before measuring.
  2. Sit comfortably with feet flat on floor.
  3. Place cuff on left wrist, 1-2 cm above wrist bone.
  4. Position wrist at heart level (use position sensor indicator).
  5. Press START/STOP button to begin inflation.
  6. Remain still and quiet during measurement.
  7. Read results on display when measurement completes.
  8. Press START/STOP to turn off or wait for auto power-off.

Tip: Take measurements at the same time each day for consistent tracking.

Memory Function

Store and review past measurements.

  1. Select user: Press USER button to choose User 1 or User 2.
  2. View memory: Press MEMORY button to scroll through stored readings.
  3. View average: Hold MEMORY button for 3 seconds to see average of last 3 readings.
  4. Clear memory: In memory mode, press SET and START/STOP simultaneously for 3 seconds.

Note: Memory is preserved when batteries are replaced if done within 3 minutes.

Care & Maintenance

Clean monitor with soft, dry cloth. Do not use water, solvents, or abrasive cleaners.

  1. Remove batteries if not using for extended period.
  2. Store in provided case in cool, dry place.
  3. Avoid extreme temperatures, humidity, dust, and direct sunlight.
  4. Replace cuff if it becomes damaged or stiff.
