Initial Setup

Prepare device for first use.

  1. Insert Batteries: Open compartment, insert 2 AAA batteries observing polarity.

  3. Select User: Press SET to toggle between USER 1 and USER 2.
  4. Apply Cuff: Place on left wrist (unless instructed otherwise), 1-2 cm above wrist bone.

Taking a Measurement

Follow these steps for accurate readings.

  1. Sit comfortably with back straight, feet flat on floor.
  2. Place cuff on bare wrist, aligning artery marker with artery.
  3. Rest elbow on table, palm up, raising wrist to heart level.
  4. Press START/STOP button. Cuff will inflate automatically.
  5. Remain still and quiet until measurement completes and cuff deflates.
  6. Read results on display: Systolic, Diastolic, Pulse.
  7. Device will automatically store reading (if memory is on).

WARNING! Do not move or talk during measurement. Ensure cuff is snug but not too tight.

Memory Function

  1. To View Memory: Press MEMORY button. Display shows average of last 3 readings.
  2. Scroll Through Readings: Press MEMORY repeatedly to cycle through stored readings with date/time.
  3. Switch Between Users: Press SET button while in memory mode to toggle between USER 1 and USER 2 memories.
  4. Clear Memory: Hold MEMORY button for 3 seconds until display shows "CLR" and beeps (clears current user's memory only).

Tip: Take readings at the same time each day for consistent tracking. Record readings in a log for doctor visits.
