Getting Started

Prepare the pedometer for first use.

  1. Set the Time: Press the MODE button to enter clock setting. Use SET to adjust hours/minutes.
  2. Set Your Stride Length: Measure your walking stride. Enter this value (in cm or inches) using MODE and SET buttons for accurate distance calculation.
  3. Set Your Weight: Enter your weight (in kg or lbs) for accurate calorie estimation using the same method.
  4. Attach the Pedometer: Clip firmly to the center of your waistband, belt, or pocket edge, ensuring it is upright.
  5. Start Walking: The unit will automatically begin counting steps once motion is detected.

IMPORTANT: For best accuracy, wear the pedometer vertically on your waist, aligned with your knee.

Controls and Display

Daily Use & Step Counting

Using the pedometer for daily activity tracking.

  1. Attach the pedometer securely to your waistband at the start of your day.
  2. Walk normally. The step count will increment on the display.
  3. Press the MODE button to toggle between viewing Steps, Distance, and Calories.
  4. The unit automatically resets daily step count at midnight (12:00 AM).
  5. To manually reset the day's data, press and hold the RESET button for 2 seconds.

Tip: Ensure the pedometer is snug and vertical for the most accurate step detection.

Memory & Data Review

The 7-day memory function stores your daily step totals.

  1. Press MODE until the Memory icon appears.
  2. The display will show "D-1" for yesterday's total. Press SET to scroll through D-2, D-3, up to D-7 (one week ago).
  3. The step count for that day will be displayed.
  4. To exit memory mode, press MODE again.

Note: Memory data is retained even if the battery is removed, but daily totals are overwritten after 7 days.

Battery Replacement

Replace the battery when the low battery icon appears on the display.

  1. Slide the battery cover on the back of the unit open.
  2. Remove the old CR2032 battery.
  3. Insert a new CR2032 lithium battery with the positive (+) side facing up.
  4. Close the battery cover securely.
  5. The time and settings may need to be reconfigured after battery replacement.

WARNING! Keep batteries away from children. Dispose of used batteries according to local regulations. Do not recharge or disassemble.

Care & Maintenance

Unclip from clothing before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the unit. Do not use chemicals, solvents, or immerse in water.

CAUTION! Avoid extreme temperatures, humidity, direct sunlight, and strong impacts. Do not attempt to repair or open the unit beyond the battery compartment.
