First-Time Setup

Prepare monitor for first use.

Install batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.
Connect AC adapter: Plug into monitor and wall outlet (optional, for continuous power).
Set date/time: Press SET button, use arrow keys to adjust, press START/STOP to confirm.
Attach cuff: Ensure cuff tube is properly connected to monitor.

Taking Measurements

For accurate readings, follow proper procedure.

Rest for 5 minutes before measuring.
Sit comfortably with back supported and feet flat on floor.
Wrap cuff on bare upper arm 1-2 cm above elbow.
Position cuff at heart level.
Press START/STOP button to begin measurement.
Remain still and quiet during inflation and measurement.
View results on display (systolic, diastolic, pulse).
Results are automatically stored for selected user.
Press START/STOP again to turn off or wait for auto power-off.

Tip: Take measurements at same time each day for consistent tracking.

Memory Function

Stores and recalls previous readings.

Select user: Press USER button to choose User 1 or User 2.
View memory: Press MEMORY button to scroll through stored readings.
Average calculation: Automatically calculates average of last 3 readings taken within 10 minutes.
Clear memory: Hold SET button for 3 seconds while in memory mode to clear current user's memory.

Note: Memory is maintained even when batteries are removed.

Maintenance & Care

Unplug AC adapter before cleaning. Use soft, dry cloth only; do not use liquids or solvents.

Cuff cleaning: Wipe with damp cloth and mild detergent, then dry completely.
Monitor cleaning: Use dry cloth only; avoid getting moisture in openings.
Storage: Keep in storage case in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Battery replacement: Replace when battery indicator appears on display.
