Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Prepare for first use.

  1. Insert battery: Open battery compartment, insert CR2032 battery with correct polarity.
  2. Set the clock: Press MODE to enter clock setting, use SET to adjust hours/minutes.
  3. Attach pedometer: Clip to waistband, pocket, or place in bag.
  4. Reset step count: Press RESET to clear previous data (recommended at start of day).

WARNING! Keep battery away from children. Do not disassemble device beyond battery compartment.

  2. Scroll through days: Press SET to view steps for previous days (up to 7 days back).
  3. Exit memory: Press MODE to return to current step count or clock.

Note: Memory overwrites oldest day (day 8) automatically. Data is lost if battery is removed.

Battery Replacement

Replace battery when low battery icon appears or display dims.

  1. Open battery compartment: Use coin to turn screw (if applicable) or slide cover open.
  2. Remove old battery: Note orientation (+/-).
  3. Insert new CR2032: Ensure correct polarity as marked.
  4. Close compartment: Secure cover tightly.
  5. Reset device: Press RESET to clear memory; set clock if needed.

CAUTION! Use only CR2032 lithium battery. Dispose of old battery properly.
