Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on clean, stable surface.

  1. Insert batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.
  2. Connect AC adapter (optional): Plug into DC jack and wall outlet.
  3. Attach cuff: Connect cuff tube to main unit port until it clicks.
  4. Set date/time: Press SET button, use arrows to adjust, press SET to confirm.

WARNING! Use only specified batteries/adapter. Keep away from children. Ensure cuff connection is secure.

First-Time Use

Power on monitor; follow initial setup prompts.

  1. Apply cuff: Wrap cuff on bare upper arm 1-2 cm above elbow.
  2. Position arm: Rest arm on table with cuff at heart level.
  3. Take measurement: Press START/STOP, remain still until complete.
  4. View results: Systolic, diastolic, pulse displayed with any indicators.
  5. Store reading: Automatically saved to memory (unless in Guest Mode).

CAUTION! Do not inflate cuff when not attached to arm. Avoid talking or moving during measurement.

Taking Measurements

For accurate readings, follow proper procedure.

  1. Sit quietly for 5 minutes before measuring.
  2. Apply cuff correctly with tube aligned with artery.
  3. Press START/STOP - cuff inflates automatically.
  4. Remain still and quiet until cuff deflates completely.
  5. Record results if desired; reading auto-saves.
  6. Wait 2-3 minutes between measurements.

Tip: Take measurements at same time daily for consistent tracking.

Memory Function

Stores 200 readings with date/time stamps.

  1. Review memory: Press MEMORY button, use arrows to scroll.
  2. User selection: Supports 2 users - select before measurement.
  3. Guest Mode: Press and hold START/STOP for 3 seconds to enable.
  4. Average calculation: Displays average of last 3 readings for selected user.
  5. Clear memory: In SET mode, select "Clear All Memory."

WARNING! Clearing memory is permanent. Back up important readings.

Special Features

Irregular Heartbeat Detection: Icon appears if irregular rhythm detected during measurement. Hypertension Indicator: Warning symbol for systolic ≥135 or diastolic ≥85 mmHg. Morning Hypertension: Indicator for morning readings above threshold. Body Movement Detection: Alert if movement affects accuracy.

Care & Maintenance

Remove batteries before cleaning. Wipe with soft, dry cloth; do not use chemicals or immerse in water. Store in case when not in use. Replace cuff if damaged or leaking.
