Operation Instructions

Rest for 5 minutes before measuring.
Sit in chair with back supported, feet flat on floor.
Wrap cuff on left arm (unless specified otherwise).
Position cuff at heart level, tube facing downward.
Press START/STOP button. Unit inflates automatically.
Remain still and quiet during measurement.
Results display systolic, diastolic, and pulse rate.
Unit automatically deflates and powers off after 1 minute.

Tip: Take measurements at same time daily for consistent tracking.

Understanding Measurements

Display icons and their meanings:

Memory Function

View Memory: Press MEMORY button to scroll through stored readings.
Average Reading: Hold MEMORY button for 3 seconds to display average of last 3 readings.
Clear Memory: With unit off, hold MEMORY and START/STOP buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.
Memory Full: "FULL" appears when memory reaches capacity.

Note: Memory is retained when batteries are removed.
