  3. Wrap cuff on left arm (unless specified otherwise).
  4. Position cuff at heart level, tube facing downward.
  5. Press START/STOP button. Unit inflates automatically.
  6. Remain still and quiet during measurement.
  7. Results display systolic, diastolic, and pulse rate.
  8. Unit automatically deflates and powers off after 1 minute.

Tip: Take measurements at same time daily for consistent tracking.

Memory Function

  1. View Memory: Press MEMORY button to scroll through stored readings.
  2. Average Reading: Hold MEMORY button for 3 seconds to display average of last 3 readings.
  3. Clear Memory: With unit off, hold MEMORY and START/STOP buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.
  4. Memory Full: "FULL" appears when memory reaches capacity.

Note: Memory is retained when batteries are removed.

Care & Maintenance

  1. Cleaning: Wipe unit with soft, dry cloth. Do not use solvents or abrasives.
  2. Cuff Care: Hand wash cuff in mild soapy water, air dry completely.
