Specifications

Before First Use

Prepare device for initial measurement.

  1. Install batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AA batteries matching polarity.
  2. Set date and time: Press and hold MEMORY button for 3 seconds, use START/STOP to adjust.
  3. Select user: Press User button (1 or 2) to assign memory slot.
  4. Apply cuff correctly: Wrap D-Ring cuff on bare upper arm, align artery marker with brachial artery.

Tip: Rest for 5 minutes before first measurement. Avoid caffeine, exercise, or smoking 30 minutes prior.

Taking a Measurement

Follow proper procedure for accurate results.

  1. Sit comfortably with feet flat, back supported, arm resting at heart level.
  2. Wrap cuff snugly (1-2 cm above elbow).
  3. Press START/STOP button; device inflates automatically.
  4. Remain still and quiet during measurement.
  5. Reading displays systolic/diastolic pressure and pulse rate.
  6. Cuff deflates automatically; note any warning symbols.
  7. Remove cuff after measurement is complete.

WARNING! Do not move or talk during measurement. Ensure cuff is not too tight or loose.

Memory Function

Review and manage stored readings.

  1. Press MEMORY button to enter memory mode.
  2. Use User button to select user 1 or 2.
  3. Press START/STOP to scroll through readings (most recent first).
  4. Each reading shows systolic/diastolic, pulse, date, time, and any symbols.
  5. To clear all memory: In memory mode, press and hold MEMORY for 5 seconds until display clears.

Note: Memory is retained when batteries are removed. Date/time resets if batteries are depleted.
