Initial Setup

Prepare device for first use.

Insert batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.

Select user: Press User button to choose User A or User B.

Taking a Measurement

For accurate readings, follow these steps.

Rest for 5 minutes before measuring. Avoid eating, smoking, or exercising 30 minutes prior.
Sit comfortably with feet flat on floor, back supported.
Wrap cuff on bare upper arm 1-2 cm above elbow, align artery marker with brachial artery.
Keep cuff at heart level, relax arm on table.
Press START/STOP button. Cuff inflates automatically.
Remain still and quiet during measurement.
Reading displays when complete. Cuff deflates automatically.
Record results if desired. Device stores automatically.

Tip: Take measurements at same time each day for consistent tracking.

Memory Function

Review stored measurements.

Select user: Press User button for A or B.
View memory: Press Memory button to scroll through stored readings (most recent first).
Average reading: Display shows average of last 3 readings for selected user.
Clear memory: While in memory mode, press and hold Memory button for 3 seconds to clear all readings for current user.

Note: Memory is retained when batteries are removed.

Remove batteries if not using for extended period (3 months or more).

Troubleshooting
