Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface.

  1. Insert batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.
  2. Connect AC adapter: Plug into AC port and wall outlet (optional).
  3. Prepare cuff: Unwrap cuff and ensure air tube is connected to main unit.
  4. Position monitor: Place on table at heart level during measurement.

WARNING! Do not use if cuff is damaged. Ensure batteries are inserted correctly to prevent leakage.

First-Time Use

Power on monitor; follow proper measurement procedure.

  1. Set date and time: Press MEMORY button for 3 seconds to enter setup mode.
  2. Wrap cuff correctly: Place cuff on bare upper arm 1-2 cm above elbow.
  3. Position arm: Rest arm on table with palm up at heart level.
  4. Take first measurement: Press START/STOP button and remain still.
  5. Read results: Systolic, diastolic pressure and pulse rate displayed.

CAUTION! Do not take measurements immediately after eating, bathing, or exercising. Rest for 5 minutes first.

Taking Measurements

For accurate readings, follow proper procedure.

  1. Sit comfortably with back straight and feet flat on floor.
  2. Wrap cuff on bare upper arm with tube positioned over inner arm.
  3. Position cuff at heart level with palm facing upward.
  4. Press START/STOP button - monitor will inflate automatically.
  5. Remain still and quiet during measurement.
  6. Results display automatically with any warning symbols.
  7. Cuff deflates automatically after measurement.

Tip: Take measurements at same time each day for consistent tracking.

Memory Function

Stores up to 100 readings per user with date and time stamp.

  1. Review readings: Press MEMORY button to scroll through stored measurements.
  2. View averages: First display shows average of last 3 readings.
  3. Clear memory: In setup mode, select memory clear option (requires confirmation).
  4. User switching: Monitor automatically alternates between User 1 and User 2.

Note: When memory is full, oldest reading is automatically deleted for new measurement.

Special Features

Hypertension Indicator: Displays warning symbol when systolic ≥135 mmHg or diastolic ≥85 mmHg. Irregular Heartbeat Detection: Detects pulse irregularities during measurement. Body Movement Detection: Alerts if movement affects accuracy. IntelliSense Technology: Automatically determines optimal inflation pressure.

Care & Maintenance

Remove batteries if not using for extended period. Clean with soft, dry cloth only.

  1. Clean cuff: Wipe with damp cloth and mild detergent, then dry completely.
  2. Clean monitor: Use soft, dry cloth only - no liquids or chemicals.
  3. Store properly: Keep in carrying case when not in use.
  4. Replace batteries: When low battery symbol appears.
