Initial Setup

Before first use, set date/time and install batteries.

  1. Install batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.
  2. Set date/time: Press and hold Memory button for 3 seconds, use START/STOP to adjust.
  3. Connect cuff: Plug cuff tube into connector on side of unit until it clicks.
  4. Test unit: Press START/STOP to ensure display activates.

Tip: Use fresh alkaline batteries for best performance.

Taking a Measurement

For accurate results, rest for 5 minutes before measuring.

  1. Sit comfortably: Sit with back straight, feet flat on floor.
  2. Apply cuff: Wrap cuff on bare upper arm 1-2 cm above elbow, align artery marker with brachial artery.
  3. Position arm: Rest arm on table with cuff at heart level.
  4. Start measurement: Press START/STOP button, remain still and quiet.
  5. Read results: Systolic, diastolic, and pulse rate display automatically.
  6. Power off: Device turns off automatically after 1 minute.

WARNING! Do not inflate cuff without proper placement to avoid injury.

Memory Function

Store and recall readings for two users.

  1. Select user: Press User button to toggle between User 1 and User 2.
  2. Store reading: After measurement, reading is automatically stored for selected user.
  3. View memory: Press Memory button to scroll through stored readings.
  4. Clear memory: Press and hold Memory button for 5 seconds to clear all readings for current user.
  5. Average reading: Display shows average of last 3 readings taken within 10 minutes.

Note: Memory is retained even when batteries are removed.

Care & Maintenance

Clean device regularly for optimal performance.

  1. Unplug or remove batteries before cleaning.
  2. Wipe main unit and cuff with soft, dry cloth.
  3. Do not immerse in water or use harsh chemicals.
  4. Store in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  5. Replace cuff if it becomes damaged or worn.
