  2. Cuff inflates automatically to a sufficient level, then gradually deflates.
  3. Your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate appear on the display.
  4. The cuff deflates completely. The last reading is stored in memory.
  5. The monitor turns off automatically after 1 minute.

For best results: Avoid eating, smoking, exercising, or drinking caffeine 30 minutes before measurement. Rest for 5 minutes beforehand.

Understanding Results

Note: A single high reading is not a diagnosis. Track measurements over time and consult your physician.

Memory Function

The monitor stores the last measurement taken.

  1. To recall the last reading, press the START/STOP button while the monitor is off.
  2. The last systolic, diastolic, and pulse values appear for about 1 minute, then the unit turns off.
  3. Taking a new measurement overwrites the previous memory.

Tip: For tracking trends, record your readings in a log or use the Omron Connect app (if compatible).
