Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface.

Insert batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.
Attach cuff: Connect cuff tube to the air connector on left side of unit.
Connect AC adapter (optional): Plug into DC jack on unit and wall outlet.
Set date and time: Use MEMORY button to enter setup mode.

WARNING! Do not use if cuff is damaged. Ensure proper cuff size for accurate measurement.

First-Time Setup

Power on monitor; follow setup prompts.

Set date and time: Press MEMORY button for 3 seconds to enter setup.
Select user: Choose USER 1 or USER 2 for personalized memory.
Apply cuff properly: Position 1-2 cm above elbow on bare arm.
Take first measurement: Sit quietly for 5 minutes before measuring.

Taking Measurements

Prepare: Sit comfortably with feet flat, back supported, arm at heart level.
Apply cuff: Wrap snugly around bare upper arm, tube aligned with artery.
Start: Press START/STOP button, unit inflates automatically.
Measure: Remain still until measurement completes and cuff deflates.
Read results: Systolic, diastolic pressure and pulse rate display.
Store: Reading automatically stores to current user memory.
Review: Press MEMORY button to view previous readings.
Average: Unit calculates average of last 3 readings for each user.

Memory Functions

Multi-user memory with 100 total readings. Memory Review: Press MEMORY to scroll through readings. Average Calculation: Shows average of last 3 readings. User Selection: Toggle between USER 1 and USER 2.

Care & Cleaning
