Device Overview

Front Panel: START/STOP Button, Memory Button, User Selection Button (1/2), Power Button, LCD Display.

Initial Setup

Power on the device and configure basic settings.

  1. Insert Batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.
  2. Connect Cuff: Plug cuff tube firmly into the cuff port on the side of the monitor.
  3. Set Date & Time: Press and hold the Memory button for 3 seconds to enter setting mode. Use START/STOP to adjust values, Memory to confirm.
  4. Select User: Press the User button to select User 1 or User 2 for memory storage.

Tip: For first-time use, allow the monitor to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Taking a Measurement

For the most accurate results, follow these steps carefully.

  1. Rest quietly for 5 minutes before measuring.
  2. Sit on a chair with feet flat on the floor and back supported.
  3. Wrap the cuff on your bare upper arm 1-2 cm above elbow. Ensure air tube is centered over inner arm.
  4. Position cuff at heart level. Rest arm on a table.
  5. Press START/STOP. The cuff will inflate automatically.
  6. Remain still and quiet until measurement is complete and cuff deflates.
  7. Read your systolic, diastolic, and pulse rate on the display.
  8. Press START/STOP to turn off, or it will power off automatically.

WARNING! Do not move or talk during measurement. Ensure cuff is not too tight or loose.

Understanding the Display

After measurement, the display shows:

Memory Function

Stores up to 100 readings total (50 per user).

  1. To view memory: Press Memory button. Display shows average of last 3 readings for selected user.
  2. To scroll through readings: Press Memory button repeatedly to cycle through individual readings with date/time.
  3. To clear memory: While in memory mode, press and hold Memory button for 3 seconds until "CLr" appears.
  4. User selection: Press User button to switch between User 1 and User 2 memory.

Note: Memory is retained when batteries are removed.

Care & Maintenance

Unplug adapter and remove batteries before cleaning.

  1. Clean monitor and cuff with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use solvents or abrasives.
  2. Do not immerse in water or other liquids.
  3. Store in the provided case in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  4. Replace batteries when low battery icon appears.
  5. Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the unit.

CAUTION! Do not wash the cuff. Avoid bending the air tube excessively.
