Getting Started

Unpack the pedometer and inspect contents. Ensure the battery insulator tab is removed.

  1. Insert Battery: Open the battery compartment on the back, insert the CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing up, and secure the cover.
  2. Attach the Pedometer: Clip the pedometer securely to your waistband, pocket, or the top of your shoe, ensuring it is vertical.
  3. Initial Reset: Press and hold the RESET button for 2 seconds to clear any previous data.

WARNING! Keep the battery away from children. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.

Setting Your Stride Length & Weight

For accurate distance and calorie calculations, you must set your personal stride length and body weight.

  1. Measure Stride Length: Walk 10 steps, measure the total distance in feet or meters, and divide by 10 to get your average stride length.
  2. Enter Settings: With the pedometer off, press and hold the MODE button. Use the SET button to cycle to the stride length setting. Enter your value using the ADJUST buttons. Repeat for weight setting.
  3. Save and Exit: Press MODE again to save and return to normal operation.

TIP: For best accuracy, measure your stride on a flat, measured surface.

Specifications

Daily Operation

Wear the pedometer vertically on your waist or in your pocket. The display will show your current step count by default.

Viewing Data: Press the MODE button to cycle through displays: Steps -> Distance -> Calories -> Memory (past days).

Resetting Data: To manually reset the current day's step count, press and hold the RESET button for 2 seconds. The display will flash and reset to zero.

Auto-Reset: The pedometer automatically resets the step count at midnight. The previous day's data is saved to memory.

Memory & Data Review

The pedometer stores step data for the past 7 days (Day 1 = today, Day 2 = yesterday, etc.).

  1. Enter Memory Mode: Press the MODE button until "MEMORY" or a day number appears.
  2. Review Past Days: Use the ADJUST (▲/▼) buttons to scroll through the data for the last 7 days.
  3. View Details: For each day, you can press MODE again to see the distance and calories for that day.
  4. Exit: Press and hold MODE to return to the main step display.

Note: Memory data is not erased when the battery is replaced, but a full reset will clear it.

Battery Replacement

Replace the battery when the low battery icon appears on the display.

  1. Turn the pedometer over and locate the battery compartment.
  2. Use a small Phillips screwdriver to remove the screw and open the cover.
  3. Remove the old CR2032 battery.
  4. Insert a new CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing up.
  5. Replace the cover and tighten the screw securely.
  6. The pedometer will reset. You will need to re-enter your stride length and weight settings.

CAUTION! Use only a CR2032 battery. Do not use rechargeable batteries or other types.

Care & Maintenance

Unclip the pedometer before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the casing and display. Do not use chemicals, solvents, or water.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

CAUTION! Do not disassemble the unit beyond the battery compartment. Avoid impacts and dropping.

Troubleshooting
