Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure battery is installed.

  1. Install battery: Open battery compartment, insert CR2032 battery with correct polarity.
  2. Set personal data: Enter your stride length and weight using the MODE and SET buttons.
  3. Attach to clothing: Clip securely to waistband, belt, or pocket in vertical position.
  4. Reset for first use: Press and hold RESET button for 3 seconds to clear memory.

Daily Operation

  3. Check progress: Press MODE to cycle through Steps, Distance, Calories displays.
  4. Pause: Unit automatically stops counting after 30 seconds of no motion.
  5. Reset daily: Data automatically resets at midnight, or press RESET manually.

Tip: For most accurate step count, wear on dominant side of body and ensure unit is vertical.

Memory & Data Review

Review past 7 days of activity data.

  1. Enter memory mode: Press and hold MODE for 3 seconds.
  2. Select day: Press SET to cycle through days 1-7 (1 = today, 7 = 7 days ago).
  3. View data: Press MODE to view Steps, Distance, Calories for selected day.
  4. Exit: Press and hold MODE again to return to normal mode.

Note: Memory overwrites oldest day (day 7) when new day begins.

Battery Replacement

Replace battery when display dims or battery icon flashes.

  1. Open battery cover: Use coin to turn screw counterclockwise.
  2. Remove old battery: Note orientation (+ side up).
  3. Insert new CR2032: Ensure positive (+) side faces up.
  4. Replace cover: Align and tighten screw clockwise.
  5. Reset unit: Press RESET to clear memory and restart.

CAUTION! Use only CR2032 lithium battery. Dispose of old battery properly. Keep away from children.

Care & Cleaning

Remove battery before cleaning. Wipe with soft, dry cloth only.

CAUTION! Do not immerse in water. Do not use chemicals, solvents, or abrasives. Avoid extreme temperatures and humidity.
