Installation & Setup

First-Time Use

After setup, wear pedometer correctly to start counting.

Daily Operation & Memory

Use daily to track activity.

  1. Daily Use: Wear from morning until bedtime. Steps accumulate automatically.
  2. Check Progress: Press MODE to view steps, distance, calories.
  3. Memory Review: Press MODE until Memory icon appears; press SET to scroll through past 7 days.
  4. Manual Reset: Press RESET to clear current day's steps (e.g., for new activity session).
  5. Auto Reset: At midnight, steps reset to zero; previous day saved to memory.
  6. Total Reset: Hold RESET for 5 seconds to clear all memory and settings (requires re-setup).

WARNING! Do not press RESET accidentally during day to avoid losing step data.

Battery & Maintenance

Replace battery when indicator appears.

  1. Battery Life: Approximately 1 year. Low battery icon (empty battery symbol) appears when weak.
  2. Replacement: Open battery cover, remove old CR2032, insert new one with + facing up.
