Safety Precautions

Read all instructions before use.

  1. Do not use on infants, young children, or persons unable to express themselves.
  2. Consult physician before use if you have arrhythmia, other circulatory problems, or are pregnant.

WARNING! This device is not a treatment device. Do not over-inflate cuff. Do not disassemble or modify the unit.

Parts Identification

Front Panel: START/STOP button, MEMORY button, USER button, Display screen. Cuff: Arm tube, Air plug, Cuff wrap guide, Velcro fastener.

Display Symbols: Systolic pressure, Diastolic pressure, Pulse rate, Irregular heartbeat symbol, Hypertension indicator, User indicator, Memory indicator, Date/Time, Battery indicator, Error symbols.

CAUTION! Ensure cuff is correctly positioned and secured before measurement.

Initial Setup

Insert batteries or connect AC adapter.

  1. Set date and time: Press and hold MEMORY button for 3 seconds, use START/STOP to adjust.
  2. Select user: Press USER button to select USER 1 or USER 2.
  3. Apply cuff: Wrap cuff on bare upper arm, 1-2 cm above elbow, align artery marker with artery.
  4. Position arm: Rest arm on table with cuff at heart level.

Tip: Remain still and quiet during setup and measurement.

Taking a Measurement

Ensure proper cuff application and body position.

  1. Sit comfortably with feet flat on floor.
  2. Wrap cuff securely on left arm (or as directed by physician).
  3. Press START/STOP button to begin inflation.
  4. Remain still and quiet until measurement is complete.
  5. Read results on display (systolic, diastolic, pulse).
  6. Press START/STOP to turn off unit, or wait for auto power-off.

WARNING! Do not move or talk during measurement. Do not inflate cuff when not wrapped on arm.

Understanding the Display

Systolic Pressure: Top number (higher). Diastolic Pressure: Bottom number (lower). Pulse Rate: Beats per minute.

Symbols: Irregular heartbeat symbol (flashes if detected), Hypertension indicator (if systolic ≥135 or diastolic ≥85), User indicator (U1 or U2), Memory indicator (M), Date/Time, Battery indicator (low/replace), Error codes (E1-E5).

Note: Multiple irregular heartbeat detections may indicate arrhythmia; consult physician.

Memory Function

Stores 60 readings per user (120 total).

  1. View memory: Press MEMORY button to scroll through stored readings.
  2. Clear memory: Press and hold USER and MEMORY buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.
  3. Average reading: Display shows average of last 3 readings for current user.

Tip: Use memory function to track blood pressure trends over time.

Care & Maintenance

Clean with soft, dry cloth. Do not use alcohol, benzene, or abrasive cleaners.

  1. Store in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  2. Remove batteries if not used for extended period.
  3. Do not immerse unit or cuff in water.
  4. Replace cuff if damaged or worn.
