CAUTION! Do not bend or kink the air tube. Ensure connector is fully inserted.

Specifications

Initial Setup

Prepare device for first use.

  1. Insert batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.
  2. Connect cuff: Plug air tube firmly into monitor connector.
  3. Set date/time: Press and hold START/STOP for 3 seconds, use M button to adjust.
  4. Apply cuff: Position cuff on bare upper arm with tube facing downward.

Tip: For most accurate results, rest for 5 minutes before first measurement.

Taking a Measurement

Follow these steps for accurate readings.

  1. Sit comfortably with back straight, feet flat on floor.
  2. Place cuff on left upper arm (unless instructed otherwise).
  3. Position cuff so bottom edge is 1-2 cm above elbow.
  4. Ensure air tube runs down center of arm.
  5. Secure cuff snugly using D-Ring.
  6. Rest arm on table with palm up, cuff at heart level.
  7. Press START/STOP button to begin measurement.
  8. Remain still and quiet until measurement completes.
  9. Readings display automatically; device powers off after 1 minute.

WARNING! Do not inflate cuff without it properly positioned on arm.

Memory Function

Stores up to 30 readings with date and time.

  1. View memory: Press M button to recall stored readings.
  2. Scroll: Press M repeatedly to cycle through all stored readings.
  3. Average: Device automatically calculates average of last 3 readings.
  4. Clear memory: Remove batteries for 1 minute to clear all memory.

Note: When memory is full, oldest reading is automatically overwritten.

Care & Maintenance

Proper care ensures accuracy and longevity.

  1. Clean monitor with soft, dry cloth only.
  2. Clean cuff with mild soap and damp cloth; air dry completely.
  3. Do not immerse any part in water.
  4. Store in provided case in cool, dry place.
  5. Replace batteries when low battery icon appears.
  6. Remove batteries if not using for extended period.
