Device Overview

Initial Setup

Taking a Measurement

Follow these steps for accurate blood pressure readings.

  1. Rest for 5 minutes before measurement.
  2. Sit comfortably with feet flat on floor, back supported.
  3. Wrap cuff on bare upper arm 1-2 cm above elbow.
  4. Position cuff at heart level.
  5. Press START/STOP button to begin measurement.
  6. Remain still and quiet during inflation and measurement.
  7. Read results on display when measurement completes.
  8. Press START/STOP to turn off device or wait for auto power-off.

WARNING! Do not move or talk during measurement. Ensure cuff is properly positioned.

Memory Function

The device stores up to 60 readings with date and time.

  1. Select user: Press USER button to choose User 1 or User 2.
  2. View memory: Press MEMORY button to recall stored readings.
  3. Navigate: Press MEMORY repeatedly to scroll through readings.
  4. Clear memory: Press and hold MEMORY and USER simultaneously for 3 seconds.
  5. Average reading: Device displays average of last 3 readings for selected user.

Note: Memory is maintained when batteries are replaced if done within 3 minutes.
