Safety Information

  4. Do not inflate cuff when not wrapped around wrist.

Getting Started

Prepare your monitor for first use.

  1. Insert batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 2 AAA batteries observing polarity.
  2. Set date and time: Press SET button, use START/STOP to adjust values.
  3. Select user: Press USER button to choose User A or User B.
  4. Apply cuff correctly: Position cuff 0.5-1 inch above wrist with palm facing up.

CAUTION! Ensure wrist is at heart level during measurement. Sit quietly for 5 minutes before taking reading.

Taking a Measurement

For most accurate results, follow these steps:

  1. Sit comfortably with feet flat on floor and back supported.
  2. Remove tight clothing from wrist area.
  3. Apply cuff to left wrist (unless instructed otherwise by physician).
  4. Rest elbow on table with cuff at heart level.
  5. Press START/STOP button to begin measurement.
  6. Remain still and quiet until measurement completes.
  7. Readings display: Systolic, Diastolic, and Pulse rate.
  8. Device automatically stores reading in selected user memory.

Tip: Take measurements at same time each day for consistent tracking.

Memory Function

Review stored measurements and calculate averages.

  1. Press MEMORY button to enter memory mode.
  2. Use USER button to select User A or User B memory.
  3. Press START/STOP to scroll through stored readings (most recent first).
  4. Hold MEMORY button for 3 seconds to display average of last 3 readings.
  5. To clear all memory: While in memory mode, hold SET and MEMORY buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds.

Note: Memory is maintained even when batteries are removed.

Care & Maintenance

Proper care ensures accurate measurements and device longevity.

  1. Clean cuff with mild soap and damp cloth; do not immerse in water.
  2. Wipe main unit with dry, soft cloth.
  3. Store in provided case when not in use.
  4. Remove batteries if device will not be used for 3 months or more.
  5. Avoid extreme temperatures, humidity, dust, and direct sunlight.

CAUTION! Do not use alcohol, benzene, thinner, or abrasive cleaners. Do not disassemble or modify device.
