  1. Do not use on infants, children, or persons who cannot express themselves.
  2. Do not use for self-diagnosis or to alter medication without consulting a physician.
  3. Do not use during or immediately after physical exercise, bathing, eating, or drinking alcohol/caffeine.
  4. Ensure cuff is at heart level during measurement for accurate readings.
  5. Do not inflate cuff when not wrapped around wrist.

Parts Identification

Familiarize yourself with the main components of the device.

  1. Main Unit: Contains LCD display, control buttons, and air hose connection.
  2. Wrist Cuff: With Velcro closure and metal D-ring. Includes positioning mark.
  3. Air Hose: Connects the cuff to the main unit.

Initial Setup

Prepare the device for first use.

  1. Insert Batteries: Open battery compartment on back, insert 2 AAA batteries observing polarity.
  2. Set Date and Time: Press and hold the MEMORY button for 3 seconds. Use START/STOP to adjust values, MEMORY to confirm and move to next setting.
  3. Attach Cuff: Connect the air hose plug firmly into the port on the side of the main unit.
  4. User Selection: Press the USER button to select your profile (U1 or U2). The icon will appear on the display.

Tip: Perform initial setup while seated comfortably at a table.

Taking a Measurement

For the most accurate results, follow these steps carefully.

  1. Rest for 5 minutes before measuring. Sit in a chair with feet flat on the floor.
  2. Remove tight clothing from your wrist. Place cuff on bare skin.
  3. Wrap the cuff: Place it on your left wrist (palm facing up) with the cuff edge 1/2 inch above your wrist bone. Secure with Velcro. The air hose should run along the inside of your arm.
  4. Position your arm: Rest your elbow on a table so the cuff is at the same level as your heart. Relax your hand.
  5. Press the START/STOP button. The cuff will inflate automatically. Remain still and quiet until measurement is complete.
  6. Readings for Systolic, Diastolic pressure, and Pulse will display. The unit will automatically deflate.

WARNING! Do not move or talk during measurement. Ensure the cuff is at heart level.

Understanding the Display

The LCD shows various icons and values.

Main Readings: Systolic pressure (top), Diastolic pressure (middle), Pulse rate (bottom).

Icons:
User Icon (U1/U2): Indicates selected user.
Memory Icon (M): Appears when reviewing stored readings.
Heartbeat Icon (flashing): During pulse measurement.
Irregular Heartbeat Icon: Appears if an irregular rhythm is detected.
Hypertension Indicator: Appears if reading exceeds 135/85 mmHg.
Low Battery Icon: Replace batteries soon.

Date & Time: Displayed in the top right corner during memory recall.

Memory Function

The device stores the last 60 readings (30 for each user).

  1. To view memory: Press the MEMORY button. The most recent reading for the selected user appears.
  2. To scroll: Press MEMORY again to view older readings in reverse chronological order. The average of all stored readings for the selected user is displayed after the last individual reading.
  3. To switch users: Press the USER button to view the memory for the other user.
  4. To clear memory: While in memory mode, press and hold the MEMORY button for 3 seconds until "CLR" appears. All readings for the currently selected user will be deleted.

Note: Memory is retained even when batteries are removed.
