Device Overview

Front Panel: START/STOP button, USER 1/USER 2 buttons, Memory button, SET button, Display.

Display Symbols: Systolic/Diastolic pressure, Pulse rate, Irregular heartbeat symbol, Hypertension indicator (color bar), User indicator, Memory full icon, Body movement icon, Bluetooth® icon, Battery icon, Date/Time.

Connectors: Cuff connector port, AC adapter port (DC 6V).

Initial Setup

Power on device; set date/time.

  1. Insert batteries (4x AA) or connect AC adapter.
  2. Press SET button to enter setup mode.
  3. Use START/STOP to adjust values, USER buttons to navigate.
  4. Set date (MM/DD/YYYY), time (12/24 hour format).
  5. Press SET to confirm and exit.
  6. Attach cuff to left arm as shown in diagram.

Tip: Rest for 5 minutes before first measurement. Sit in a chair with feet flat on floor.

Taking a Measurement

Follow these steps for accurate readings.

  1. Sit comfortably with back supported and feet flat.
  2. Wrap cuff on bare upper left arm, 1-2 cm above elbow.
  3. Ensure air tube runs down center of arm.
  4. Press USER 1 or USER 2 to select user profile.
  5. Press START/STOP. Cuff will inflate automatically.
  6. Remain still and quiet until measurement is complete.
  7. Results display with systolic, diastolic, and pulse.
  8. Device stores reading automatically.
  9. To turn off, press START/STOP again or wait for auto power-off.

WARNING! Do not inflate cuff without proper placement. Do not move or talk during measurement.

Memory & Data Management

Stores 100 readings per user.

  1. Press MEMORY button to view stored readings.
  2. Use USER buttons to switch between User 1 and User 2 memory.
  3. Use START/STOP to scroll through readings (most recent first).
  4. Average of last 3 readings displays after scrolling through all.
  5. To clear all memory for a user: In memory mode, press and hold SET for 3 seconds.

Note: Memory full icon appears when 100 readings are stored. Oldest readings are overwritten.

Bluetooth® Connectivity

Sync data to Omron Connect™ app (iOS/Android).

  1. Download Omron Connect™ app from App Store or Google Play.
  2. Enable Bluetooth® on smartphone.
  3. Open app and follow on-screen instructions to pair device.
  4. After measurement, data automatically syncs when app is open.
  5. View trends, charts, and share data with healthcare providers.

Tip: Ensure device is within 3 feet of smartphone during sync. Bluetooth® icon flashes during transmission.

Care & Maintenance

Unplug AC adapter before cleaning.

  1. Clean cuff with mild soap and damp cloth; air dry completely.
  2. Wipe monitor with soft, dry cloth.
  3. Do not immerse in water or use abrasive cleaners.
  4. Store in provided case in a cool, dry place.
  5. Replace batteries when low battery icon appears.
  6. Use only specified AC adapter (DC 6V, 1A).

CAUTION! Do not disassemble or attempt repairs. No user-serviceable parts inside.
