Safety Information

  1. Do not use on infants, children, or pets.

  3. Do not use during dialysis or if arm has IV line or shunt.
  4. Do not inflate cuff when not wrapped on arm.
  5. Keep away from children.

Setup and Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Insert batteries or connect AC adapter.

  1. Insert batteries: Open battery compartment, install 4 AA batteries.
  2. Connect AC adapter: Plug into AC adapter port and wall outlet.
  3. Attach cuff: Connect cuff tube to main unit.
  4. Set date and time: Press SET button, use arrows to adjust.

CAUTION! Use only specified AC adapter. Do not mix old and new batteries.

Taking a Measurement

For accurate readings, sit quietly for 5 minutes before measuring.

  1. Sit comfortably with feet flat on floor.
  2. Wrap cuff on bare upper arm, 0.5-1 inch above elbow.
  3. Position cuff tube over inner arm.
  4. Rest arm on table with cuff at heart level.
  5. Press START/STOP button.
  6. Remain still and quiet during inflation and measurement.
  7. Reading displays systolic, diastolic, and pulse.
  8. Press START/STOP to turn off.

Tip: Take measurements at same time each day for consistency.

Using the Omron Connect App

Sync data to smartphone for tracking and sharing.

  1. Download Omron Connect app from App Store or Google Play.
  2. Enable Bluetooth on smartphone.
  3. Press SET button on monitor to enter pairing mode.
  4. Follow app instructions to pair device.
  5. After measurement, data syncs automatically to app.

Note: App provides trends, averages, and export options.

Memory and Data Management

Review stored readings on device or app.

  1. Press Memory button to view stored readings.
  2. Use arrows to scroll through readings.
  3. Press User button to switch between User 1 and User 2.
  4. To delete all memory: Hold SET and Memory buttons for 3 seconds.

CAUTION! Deleting memory cannot be undone.

Care & Maintenance

Clean with soft, dry cloth. Do not immerse in water.

  1. Remove batteries if not using for extended period.
  2. Store in provided case in cool, dry place.
  3. Clean cuff with mild soap and damp cloth if soiled.
  4. Do not expose to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight.
