Setup & Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure all parts are present.

  1. Insert batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.
  2. Connect AC adapter (optional): Plug adapter into port and wall outlet.
  3. Set date and time: Press and hold MEMORY button, use START/STOP to adjust.
  4. Apply cuff: Wrap cuff around bare upper arm, align artery marker with artery.

WARNING! Do not use on infants, children, or persons with arrhythmia without medical supervision. Ensure cuff is at heart level during measurement.

First-Time Use

Power on monitor; follow proper measurement procedure.

  1. Select user: Press USER button to choose User 1 or User 2.
  2. Apply cuff properly: Ensure cuff fits snugly but not too tight.
  3. Take measurement: Sit quietly, press START/STOP, remain still during inflation/deflation.
  4. Read results: Systolic, diastolic, pulse rate displayed with date/time stamp.
  5. Store reading: Automatically stored in selected user's memory.

CAUTION! Wait at least 5 minutes between measurements. Avoid eating, smoking, or exercising 30 minutes before measurement.

Taking Measurements

  3. Press START/STOP button.
  4. Remain still and quiet during inflation/deflation.
  5. Read results when measurement completes.
  6. Press START/STOP to turn off or wait for auto power-off.

Tip: Take measurements at same time each day for consistent tracking. Avoid caffeine, exercise, and bathing 30 minutes before measurement.

Memory & Data Management

Stores 100 readings per user with date/time stamp.

  1. View memory: Press MEMORY button to scroll through stored readings.
  2. Delete readings: Press and hold MEMORY for 3 seconds to clear current user's memory.
  3. Average function: Automatically calculates average of last 3 readings taken within 10 minutes.
  4. User switching: Press USER button to toggle between User 1 and User 2.
  5. Memory full: Display shows "FULL" when memory capacity reached.

Note: Data cannot be transferred to computer or smartphone. For long-term tracking, record readings in a log.

Maintenance & Care

Remove batteries before extended storage. Clean with dry cloth only.

  1. Cuff cleaning: Wipe with slightly damp cloth, air dry completely.
  2. Monitor cleaning: Use dry, soft cloth. Do not use chemicals or abrasives.
  3. Battery replacement: Replace when low battery symbol appears.
  4. Storage: Store in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
