Specifications

Initial Setup

Prepare device for first use.

  1. Insert Batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.
  2. Set Date & Time: Press and hold START/STOP for 3 seconds, use buttons to adjust.
  3. Select User: Press USER button to select User 1 or User 2.
  4. Apply Cuff: Place cuff on bare upper arm 1-2 cm above elbow, align artery marker.
  5. Position Arm: Rest arm on table with cuff at heart level.

CAUTION! Do not use on injured arm or if you have circulatory problems. Consult physician first.

Taking Measurements

For accurate readings, follow these steps.

  1. Rest for 5 minutes before measuring.
  2. Sit comfortably with feet flat on floor.
  3. Apply cuff correctly to left upper arm.
  4. Press START/STOP button - device inflates automatically.
  5. Remain still and quiet during measurement.
  6. Read results on display when measurement completes.
  7. Results are automatically stored in memory.
  8. Remove cuff and power off automatically after 1 minute.

Tip: Take measurements at same time each day for consistent tracking.

Memory Function

Stores 60 measurements (30 per user).

  1. View Memory: Press MEMORY button to scroll through stored readings.
  2. User Selection: Press USER button to switch between User 1 and User 2 memory.
  3. Average Reading: Display shows average of last 3 readings for selected user.
  4. Clear Memory: Press and hold MEMORY button for 3 seconds to clear current user's memory.

Note: Date and time are stored with each measurement.
