  2. Rest arm on table with palm up, cuff at heart level.
  3. Wrap cuff snugly (should fit one finger underneath).
  4. Press START/STOP button to begin.
  5. Remain still and quiet during inflation and measurement.
  6. Reading displays with systolic, diastolic, and pulse.
  7. Results are automatically stored in memory.

Tip: Avoid eating, smoking, or exercising 30 minutes before measurement.

Memory Function

Managing stored readings.

  1. View memory: Press MEMORY button to scroll through stored readings.
  2. Average reading: Display shows average of last 3 measurements.
  3. Clear memory: Press and hold MEMORY button for 3 seconds to erase all data.
  4. Date/Time stamp: Each reading includes measurement date and time.

Note: Memory is maintained when batteries are replaced if done within 3 minutes.
