Taking a Measurement

Follow proper procedure for accurate results.

Sit comfortably with feet flat on floor, back supported.
Rest arm on table with palm up, cuff at heart level.
Wrap cuff snugly (should fit one finger underneath).
Press START/STOP button to begin.
Remain still and quiet during inflation and measurement.
Reading displays with systolic, diastolic, and pulse.
Results are automatically stored in memory.

Tip: Avoid eating, smoking, or exercising 30 minutes before measurement.

Memory Function

Managing stored readings.

View memory: Press MEMORY button to scroll through stored readings.
Average reading: Display shows average of last 3 measurements.
Clear memory: Press and hold MEMORY button for 3 seconds to erase all data.
Date/Time stamp: Each reading includes measurement date and time.

Note: Memory is maintained when batteries are replaced if done within 3 minutes.
