Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure all parts are present.

  1. Insert batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.
  2. Connect AC adapter (optional): Plug adapter into DC jack on side of unit.
  3. Prepare cuff: Unroll cuff and ensure air tube is not twisted.
  4. Position cuff: Place cuff on bare upper arm with tube facing downward.

WARNING! Do not use if cuff is damaged. Ensure batteries are inserted correctly to avoid leakage.

First-Time Use

Power on monitor; follow proper measurement procedure.

  1. Set date and time: Press and hold MEMORY button for 3 seconds to enter setup mode.
  2. Select user: Choose User A or User B using MEMORY button.
  3. Proper positioning: Sit comfortably with feet flat, back supported, arm at heart level.
  4. Apply cuff: Wrap cuff snugly around upper arm, 1-2 cm above elbow.
  5. Take measurement: Press START/STOP button and remain still during measurement.

CAUTION! Do not take measurements immediately after eating, bathing, or exercising. Wait 30 minutes.

Taking Measurements

For accurate readings, follow proper procedure.

  1. Sit quietly for 5 minutes before measurement.
  2. Place cuff on left arm at heart level.
  3. Press START/STOP button - unit will inflate automatically.
  4. Remain still and quiet during measurement.
  5. Read results when measurement completes (display shows systolic/diastolic pressure and pulse).
  6. Press START/STOP to turn off display or wait for auto power-off.

Tip: Take measurements at same time each day for consistent tracking.

Memory Function

Supports two users with 50 memory slots each.

  1. Select user: Press MEMORY button to toggle between User A and User B.
  2. View memory: Press and release MEMORY button to scroll through stored readings.
  3. Average reading: Display shows average of last 3 readings for selected user.
  4. Clear memory: Press and hold MEMORY button for 5 seconds while in memory mode.

Note: Memory is maintained when batteries are replaced if done within 3 minutes.

Care & Maintenance

Clean with soft, dry cloth only. Do not immerse in water or use chemicals.

  1. Cuff care: Wipe with damp cloth if soiled, air dry completely.
  2. Battery maintenance: Replace all 4 batteries when low battery icon appears.
  3. Storage: Store in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  4. Avoid: Extreme temperatures, humidity, dust, and strong impacts.
