Initial Setup

Insert batteries or connect AC adapter; set date and time.

  1. Install batteries: Open compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.
  2. Set date and time: Press and hold MEMORY button for 3 seconds, use START/STOP to adjust.
  3. Attach cuff: Connect air tube to main unit until it clicks.
  4. User selection: Press MEMORY briefly to select User 1 or User 2.

CAUTION! Use only specified AC adapter. Do not mix old and new batteries.

Taking a Measurement

For accurate results, rest for 5 minutes before measuring.

  1. Sit comfortably: Feet flat on floor, back supported, arm at heart level.
  2. Wrap cuff: Place cuff 1-2 cm above elbow, align artery marker with brachial artery.
  3. Secure cuff: Tighten comfortably, leaving room for two fingers underneath.
  4. Start measurement: Press START/STOP, remain still and quiet during inflation/deflation.
  5. Read results: Systolic, diastolic, and pulse readings display automatically.
  6. Memory storage: Results are automatically saved to selected user memory.

Tip: Avoid eating, smoking, or exercising 30 minutes before measurement.

Memory Function

View, track, and delete stored readings.

  1. Select user: Press MEMORY to choose User 1 or User 2.
  2. View memory: Press MEMORY again to scroll through stored readings (newest first).
  3. Delete readings: Press and hold MEMORY for 3 seconds while in memory mode to delete all readings for selected user.
  4. Average reading: Displays average of last 3 readings taken within last 10 minutes.

Note: Memory is maintained when batteries are removed for up to 5 minutes.

Care & Maintenance

Clean with soft, dry cloth. Store in cool, dry place.

  1. Clean cuff: Use mild soap and damp cloth, air dry completely.
  2. Clean unit: Wipe with dry cloth; do not use solvents or abrasives.
  3. Battery care: Replace when low battery symbol appears.
  4. Storage: Remove batteries if not used for 3 months or more.
  5. Air tube: Avoid sharp bends or kinks in tube.

CAUTION! Do not immerse in water. Do not wash cuff in washing machine.
