Device Components

Identify all parts of your monitor before use.

  1. Main Unit: Contains the display, control buttons, and air system.
  2. Wrist Cuff: Pre-formed cuff with Velcro closure and air tube.

  5. Batteries: 2 AAA alkaline batteries (included).

Initial Setup

Prepare the monitor for first use.

  1. Insert Batteries: Open the battery compartment cover on the back, insert 2 AAA batteries observing polarity, and close the cover.
  2. Set Date and Time: Press the CLOCK button. Use the MEMORY button to select the value and the START/STOP button to change it. Press CLOCK again to confirm.
  3. Select User: Press the MEMORY button to toggle between User A and User B icons on the display.
  4. Apply the Cuff Correctly: Follow the instructions in the "Taking a Measurement" section.

Tip: Rest for 5 minutes in a seated position before your first measurement.

Taking a Measurement

For the most accurate results, follow these steps carefully.

  1. Prepare: Avoid eating, smoking, exercising, or bathing for 30 minutes prior. Sit quietly for 5 minutes.
  2. Position: Sit on a chair with feet flat on the floor. Rest your arm on a table so the cuff is at heart level.
  3. Apply Cuff: Place cuff on bare left wrist 0.5-1 cm above the wrist bone (thumb side up). Fasten snugly with Velcro.
  4. Start: Press the START/STOP button. The monitor will inflate automatically.
  5. Hold Still: Remain still and quiet with your palm facing up until measurement is complete and the cuff deflates.
  6. Read Results: Your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed and stored automatically.

WARNING! Do not move or talk during measurement. Ensure the cuff is at heart level.

Memory Function

View and manage your stored readings.

  1. Select User: Press the MEMORY button to choose User A or User B before taking a measurement to store it under that profile.
  2. View Memory: Press and hold the MEMORY button for 2 seconds. The most recent reading for the selected user appears.
  3. Scroll: Press the MEMORY button briefly to scroll through previous readings, displayed with date and time.
  4. View Average: While in memory mode, the average of the last 3 readings (taken within 10 minutes) is displayed at the top of the screen.
  5. Clear Memory: With the device off, press and hold the MEMORY button while inserting the batteries. Release the button when "CLr" appears on the display.

Care & Maintenance

Proper care ensures long life and accurate readings.

  1. Cleaning: Wipe the main unit and cuff with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use alcohol, benzene, thinner, or other chemicals.
  2. Storage: Store in the provided case in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, dust, and humidity.
  3. Cuff Care: Do not fold the cuff tightly or bend the air tube excessively. Do not wash the cuff.
  4. Batteries: Replace batteries when the low battery icon appears. Remove batteries if the device will not be used for 3 months or longer.

CAUTION! Never immerse the device in water or other liquids. Do not attempt to repair the device yourself.
