Setting Up the Monitor

Initial setup for first-time use.

  1. Insert batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.
  2. Set date and time: Press SET button, use START/STOP to adjust values, press SET to confirm.
  3. Apply cuff correctly: Left arm recommended. Ensure index line is within range marks.
  4. Positioning: Sit comfortably with back straight, feet flat, arm supported at heart level.

CAUTION! Do not use if cuff is damaged. Ensure cuff is correct size for your arm.

Taking a Measurement

For most accurate results, measure at the same time each day.

  1. Rest for 5 minutes before measuring. Avoid caffeine, tobacco, and exercise 30 minutes prior.
  2. Apply cuff: Insert arm through D-Ring, align artery marker with brachial artery, secure with cloth fastener.
  3. Position: Sit quietly with cuff at heart level. Press START/STOP button.
  4. Measurement: Cuff inflates automatically. Remain still and quiet until measurement completes.
  5. Reading: Systolic, diastolic, and pulse readings display. Hypertension indicator lights if high.
  6. Memory: Reading is automatically stored with time/date stamp.
  7. Power off: Device turns off automatically after 1 minute.

Tip: Take 2-3 readings, 1-2 minutes apart, and record the average.

Using the Memory Function

Stores up to 100 readings with date and time.

View Memory: Press MEMORY button to scroll through stored readings. Display shows memory number, systolic/diastolic, pulse, date, and time.

Average Reading: Automatically calculates average of last 3 readings taken within 10 minutes. Displayed when taking a new reading.

Clear Memory: Press and hold MEMORY button for 3 seconds while in memory mode to delete all stored readings.

Care & Maintenance

Unplug AC adapter (if used) and remove batteries before cleaning.

  1. Clean monitor with soft, dry cloth. Do not use alcohol, thinner, or abrasive cleaners.
  2. Clean cuff with mild soap and damp cloth. Do not immerse in water or machine wash.
  3. Store in provided case in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  4. Inspect cuff regularly for cracks, tears, or loose stitching.

CAUTION! Do not expose to high humidity, dust, or strong vibrations. Keep away from children.

Battery Information

Uses 4 AA alkaline batteries (included).

WARNING! Do not mix old and new batteries. Remove batteries if not using for extended period.
