Initial Setup

  3. Apply cuff: 1-2cm above elbow, snug but not tight.
  4. Press START/STOP: Device inflates automatically.
  5. Remain still and quiet during measurement.
  6. Read results: Systolic, diastolic, and pulse rate displayed.
  7. Memory storage: Reading automatically stored (if memory function on).
  8. Remove cuff: After measurement complete and device deflated.

Tip: Take measurements at same time daily for consistent tracking.

Memory Function

Store and review previous readings.

  1. View memory: Press MEMORY button to scroll through stored readings.
  2. Average reading: Press MEMORY twice to view average of last 3 readings.
  3. Clear memory: Hold SET button for 3 seconds while in memory mode.
