Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect all components. Ensure device is on stable surface.

Insert batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.

Taking Measurements

Press START/STOP - device will inflate automatically.
Remain still and quiet during measurement.
Results display systolic, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate.
Wait 2-3 minutes between measurements on same person.

Tip: Take measurements at same time each day for consistent tracking.

Memory Function

Store and review up to 100 readings per user.

Select user: Press SET, use arrows to choose User 1 or 2.
Store reading: Measurements automatically save to selected user.
Review memory: Press MEMORY button, use arrows to scroll.
View average: Display shows average of last 3 readings.
Clear memory: In SET menu, select "Clear All" (requires confirmation).

Note: Memory full indicator appears when 100 readings stored per user.
