Specifications

Initial Setup

Before first use, install batteries or connect AC adapter, set date/time, and apply cuff properly.

  1. Insert batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.
  2. Set date and time: Press and hold MEMORY button for 3 seconds, use START/STOP to adjust.
  3. Apply cuff: Place cuff on bare upper arm 1-2 cm above elbow, align artery marker with brachial artery.
  4. Secure cuff: Pass end through D-ring, tighten snugly but not too tight (one finger should fit under cuff).

CAUTION! Do not use near strong electromagnetic fields (microwaves, cell phones).

Taking a Measurement

For accurate results, rest for 5 minutes before measuring, sit correctly, and remain still.

  1. Sit comfortably with feet flat on floor, back supported.
  2. Place arm on table with palm up, cuff at heart level.
  3. Press USER button to select user 1 or 2 (icon appears).
  4. Press START/STOP button - device inflates automatically.
  5. Remain still and quiet until measurement completes and cuff deflates.
  6. Results display with systolic, diastolic, and pulse readings.
  7. Device automatically stores reading with timestamp.

Tip: Take measurements at same time each day for consistent tracking.

Memory Function

Stores up to 100 readings per user with date and time stamp.

  1. View memory: Press MEMORY button to cycle through stored readings.
  2. Delete last reading: Press and hold MEMORY button during display of that reading.
  3. Delete all readings: With device off, press and hold MEMORY and USER buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.
  4. Average reading: After 3 measurements within 10 minutes, AVERAGE result displays automatically.

Note: Memory full icon appears when 100 readings are stored for selected user.

Understanding Results

Normal range: Systolic <120 mmHg, Diastolic <80 mmHg (consult your physician).

Care & Maintenance

Clean with soft, dry cloth only. Do not use water, chemicals, or abrasives.

  1. Remove batteries if not using for extended period.
  2. Store in provided case in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  3. Do not bend air tube sharply or pull on it forcefully.
  4. Cuff can be hand washed in mild detergent, air dry completely before use.

CAUTION! Never immerse monitor in water or other liquids.
