  4. Do not inflate the cuff when it is not wrapped around your arm.

Device Overview

Familiarize yourself with the monitor's controls and display symbols.

Front Panel: START/STOP Button, MEMORY Button, USER Button (1/2), POWER Button.

LCD Display: Shows systolic/diastolic pressure, pulse rate, date/time, user indicator, memory index, battery level, hypertension symbol, irregular heartbeat symbol, body movement symbol, and WHO indicator bar.

Cuff: Contains air tube connector, metal D-ring, and artery mark for proper positioning.

First-Time Setup

Prepare the monitor for first use.

  1. Insert Batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AAA batteries observing polarity.
  2. Connect Cuff: Plug the cuff tube firmly into the port on the left side of the monitor.
  3. Set Date and Time: Press and hold the MEMORY button for 3 seconds, then use START/STOP to adjust values.
  4. Select User: Press USER button to select User 1 or User 2 for memory storage.

CAUTION! Use only recommended batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries.

Taking a Measurement

For accurate readings, follow these steps carefully.

  1. Rest for 5 minutes before measuring. Avoid eating, smoking, or exercising 30 minutes prior.
  2. Sit comfortably on a chair with feet flat on the floor and back supported.
  3. Wrap the cuff on your bare upper left arm. The artery mark (△) should align with your brachial artery.
  4. Position the cuff 1-2 cm above your elbow. The tube should run down the center of your arm.
  5. Rest your arm on a table so the cuff is at heart level.
  6. Press the START/STOP button. The cuff will inflate automatically.
  7. Remain still and quiet until measurement is complete and the cuff deflates.
  8. Read your systolic/diastolic pressure and pulse rate on the display.

Tip: Take measurements at the same time each day for consistent tracking.

Understanding Your Readings

The monitor displays several symbols and values.

Memory Function

The monitor stores up to 100 total readings (shared between two users).

  1. View Memory: Press MEMORY button to cycle through stored readings with date/time.
  2. Select User: Press USER button to switch between User 1 and User 2 memory.
  3. Clear Memory: Press and hold USER and MEMORY buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds to clear current user's memory.
  4. Average Reading: The display shows the average of the last three readings taken within 10 minutes.

Note: Memory is retained when batteries are replaced if done within 3 minutes.
