  2. Apply Cuff: Sit on a chair with feet flat on floor. Remove tight clothing from left upper arm. Pass end of cuff through metal D-Ring to form a loop. Place cuff on bare arm 1-2 cm above elbow with air tube centered on inner arm and pointing down. Secure snugly.
  3. Position Arm: Rest arm on a table so cuff is at heart level. Palm should be up.
  4. Start Measurement: Press the START/STOP button. The cuff will inflate automatically. Remain still and quiet until measurement is complete.
  5. Read Results: Systolic, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will display. Note any warning icons (irregular heartbeat, body movement).
  6. Power Off: Unit turns off automatically about 1 minute after measurement.

Tip: For consistent results, take 2-3 measurements, waiting 2-3 minutes between each. The unit will average the last 3 readings taken within 10 minutes if this feature is activated.
