Setup & Installation

Taking Measurements

For most accurate results, follow these steps precisely.

  1. Sit comfortably with feet flat on floor, back supported.
  2. Place cuff on bare left arm 1-2 cm above elbow.
  3. Position cuff tube along inner arm, align artery marker with brachial artery.
  4. Secure cuff snugly but not too tight (should fit one finger underneath).
  5. Rest arm on table at heart level, palm up.
  6. Press START/STOP button, remain still and quiet.
  7. Monitor displays heart symbol during measurement, then shows results.
  8. To store, press MEMORY within 1 minute after measurement.

Tip: Take measurements at same time each day for consistent tracking. Avoid crossing legs during measurement.

Memory & Data Management

Two-user memory system with 100 readings storage per user.

  1. Select user: Press USER SELECT to choose User 1 or User 2.
  2. Store reading: After measurement, press MEMORY to save (date/time automatically recorded).
  3. Review memory: Press and hold MEMORY to scroll through stored readings.
  4. Average reading: Press MEMORY twice quickly to display average of last 3 readings.
  5. Clear memory: To clear all readings for current user, remove batteries and AC adapter for 1 minute, then reinsert while holding MEMORY button.

Note: Memory full indicator appears when 100 readings stored. Oldest readings are overwritten when memory is full.

Care & Maintenance

Clean monitor with soft, dry cloth only. Do not use water, chemicals, or abrasives.

  2. Storage: Keep in storage case in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
