Preparation Before Use

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure all parts are present.

Insert batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.
Set date and time: Press MEMORY button, use SET button to adjust.
Apply cuff: Wrap cuff on bare upper arm 1-2 cm above elbow.
Position arm: Rest arm on table with cuff at heart level.

Taking a Measurement

Remain still and quiet during measurement.

Sit comfortably: Feet flat on floor, back supported, legs uncrossed.
Position cuff: Ensure air tube runs down center of arm.
Press START/STOP: Unit will inflate automatically.
Read results: Systolic, diastolic, and pulse appear on display.
