  4. Position arm: Rest arm on table with cuff at heart level. Relax palm upward.
  5. Start measurement: Press START/STOP button. Cuff will inflate automatically.
  6. Remain still: Do not talk or move during measurement.
  7. Read results: Systolic, diastolic, and pulse rate display when complete.
  8. Record if needed: Press MEMORY to store reading (optional).

Tip: Take measurements at same time each day for consistent tracking.

Memory Function

Store and review past readings.

  1. Select user: Press USER button to toggle between USER 1 and USER 2.
  2. Store reading: After measurement, press MEMORY within 1 minute to save.
  3. Review memory: Press MEMORY repeatedly to scroll through stored readings.
  4. Clear memory: Press and hold USER and MEMORY simultaneously for 3 seconds.
