Initial Setup

Taking a Measurement

For accurate readings, follow these steps.

Sit comfortably with back supported and feet flat on the floor.
Rest for 5 minutes before measuring.
Wrap cuff on left upper arm (unless instructed otherwise by physician).
Press START/STOP. Cuff will inflate automatically.
Remain still and quiet during measurement.
Reading displays with systolic, diastolic, and pulse rate.
Cuff deflates automatically. Record reading if desired.
To power off, press START/STOP again or wait for auto shut-off.

Tip: Take measurements at the same time each day for consistent tracking.

Memory & Data Review

Stores up to 200 readings with date and time.

Press MEMORY button to enter review mode.
Use START/STOP to scroll through memory sets (newest to oldest).
Each set shows systolic, diastolic, pulse, date, time, and any detection symbols.
To clear all memory: While in review mode, press and hold MEMORY for 5 seconds until display resets.

Note: Memory is retained when batteries are removed or power is disconnected.

Special Features

Hypertension Detection: If systolic reading is ≥135 mmHg or diastolic ≥85 mmHg, hypertension symbol flashes. Irregular Heartbeat Detection: If an irregular rhythm is detected during measurement, symbol appears. Last Reading Display: Upon power on, the most recent reading is shown briefly.

Care & Maintenance

Unplug or remove batteries before cleaning. Wipe unit with soft, dry cloth. Do not immerse in water. Store in provided case in a cool, dry place.
