Initial Setup

Taking a Measurement

Rest for 5 minutes before measuring.
Place cuff on left arm at heart level.
Press START/STOP button - unit will inflate automatically.
Remain still and quiet during measurement.
Reading displays with systolic, diastolic, and pulse.
Unit automatically deflates and stores reading.

Tip: Avoid eating, smoking, exercising, or bathing 30 minutes before measurement.

Memory Function

Stores up to 200 readings with date/time.

View Memory: Press MEMORY button to scroll through stored readings.
Clear Memory: Press and hold MEMORY and START/STOP simultaneously for 3 seconds.
Average Function: Automatically calculates average of last 3 readings taken within 10 minutes.
Memory Full: Oldest reading is overwritten when memory is full.
