Initial Setup

Prepare monitor for first use.

  1. Insert batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AA batteries matching polarity.
  2. Set date/time: Press and hold MEMORY button for 3 seconds, use START/STOP to adjust.
  3. Apply cuff: Wrap D-Ring cuff on bare upper arm 1-2 cm above elbow.
  4. Connect tube: Ensure air tube is securely connected to left side of unit.

CAUTION! Ensure cuff is correct size for your arm. Using wrong size may result in inaccurate readings.

Taking a Measurement

For most accurate results, measure at same time each day.

  1. Sit comfortably with feet flat on floor, back supported.
  2. Rest for 5 minutes before measuring.
  3. Place cuff on left arm at heart level.
  4. Press START/STOP button - unit will inflate automatically.
  5. Remain still and quiet during measurement.
  6. Reading displays with systolic, diastolic, and pulse.
  7. Unit automatically deflates and stores reading.

Tip: Avoid eating, smoking, exercising, or bathing 30 minutes before measurement.

Memory Function

Stores up to 200 readings with date/time.

Care & Maintenance

Proper care ensures accuracy and longevity.

  1. Clean cuff with mild soap and damp cloth; do not immerse in water.
  2. Store in provided case in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  3. Remove batteries if not using for extended period.
  4. Replace batteries when low battery symbol appears.
  5. Do not use abrasive cleaners or chemicals.

CAUTION! Do not wash or iron the cuff. Do not bend or twist air tube excessively.
