Taking a Measurement

Wrap cuff on bare upper arm 1-2 cm above elbow with tube facing palm.
Position cuff at heart level with arm resting on table.
Press START/STOP button to begin measurement.
Remain still and quiet during inflation and deflation.
View results on display after measurement completes.
Press START/STOP again to turn off monitor.

Memory Function

The monitor stores readings for two users with date and time.

Viewing Memory: Press MEMORY button to display stored readings. Use START/STOP to scroll through readings.

Clearing Memory: While viewing memory, press and hold SET button for 3 seconds until "CLR" appears. Select user to clear.

Average Reading: Automatically calculates average of last 3 readings taken within 10 minutes when memory is viewed.
