Initial Setup

Taking a Measurement

For accurate readings, follow these steps carefully.

Sit comfortably: Rest for 5 minutes before measuring, feet flat on floor, back supported.
Apply cuff: Wrap cuff snugly around bare upper arm at heart level.
Select user: Press USER 1 or USER 2 button.
Start measurement: Press START/STOP button, remain still and quiet during inflation/deflation.
Read results: Systolic, diastolic, and pulse appear on display. Note any warning symbols.
Power off: Monitor turns off automatically after 1 minute, or press START/STOP.

Tip: Take measurements at the same time each day for consistent tracking.

Memory Function

Stores 100 readings for each user with date/time stamp.

View memory: Press MEMORY button to scroll through stored readings for selected user.
Check average: Display shows average of last three readings taken within 10 minutes.
Clear memory: Press and hold USER button for 3 seconds while in memory mode to clear that user's data.
Memory full indicator: Appears when 100 readings are stored; oldest reading is overwritten.

Note: Memory is maintained when batteries are replaced if done within 3 minutes.
