Initial Setup

Insert batteries or connect AC adapter. Set date and time.

Open battery compartment and insert 4 AA batteries, observing polarity.

Set date (MM/DD/YYYY) and time (12/24 hour format).

Taking a Measurement

For accurate results, rest for 5 minutes before measuring.

Sit comfortably with feet flat on floor and back supported.
Wrap cuff on bare upper arm 1-2 cm above elbow.
Position cuff at heart level with air tube facing down.
Press START/STOP button to begin measurement.
Remain still and quiet until measurement is complete.
Results display systolic, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate.
Unit automatically powers off after 1 minute of inactivity.

Tip: Take measurements at same time each day for consistent tracking.

Memory Function

Stores 60 readings with date and time stamp.

Press MEMORY button to view stored readings.
Use START/STOP button to scroll through memory.
Hold MEMORY button for 3 seconds to clear all memory.
Averaging function calculates average of last 3 readings.
