Initial Setup

First-time setup for accurate measurements.

Insert batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.
Connect AC adapter: Plug into AC jack for continuous power (optional).
Set date and time: Press SET button, use START/STOP to adjust values.
Select user: Press USER button to choose User 1 or User 2.
Apply cuff: Wrap cuff on bare upper arm, align artery marker with brachial artery.

Tip: Rest for 5 minutes before first measurement. Sit comfortably with feet flat on floor.

Taking a Measurement

Follow these steps for accurate readings.

Sit comfortably: Back supported, feet flat, arm supported at heart level.
Apply cuff: Wrap snugly 1-2 cm above elbow, tube facing downward.
Position arm: Rest arm on table with palm facing upward.
Start measurement: Press START/STOP button, remain still and quiet.
Read results: Systolic, diastolic, and pulse display automatically.
Store reading: Automatically saved to selected user memory.
Remove cuff: After measurement completes and cuff deflates fully.

WARNING! Do not move or talk during measurement. Wait 3 minutes between readings.

Memory Function

View and manage stored readings.

Select user: Press USER button to choose User 1 or User 2.
View memory: Press MEMORY button to scroll through stored readings.
Delete readings: Press and hold MEMORY button for 3 seconds to clear all readings for selected user.
Average reading: Display shows average of last 3 readings for selected user.

Note: Memory is maintained when batteries are replaced if done within 3 minutes.

Clean cuff: Wipe with soft, dry cloth. Do not wash or immerse in water.
