Taking a Measurement

Memory & Data Management

100 memory slots with date/time. Memory full overwrites oldest reading.

View Memory: Press Memory button to scroll through readings. Display shows memory number, systolic/diastolic, pulse, date/time, morning indicator.

3-Time Average: Take 3 readings within 10 minutes. Average displays automatically after third reading.

Clear Memory: Remove batteries for 1 minute to clear all memory (date/time resets).

Understanding Your Readings

Display symbols and their meanings:

  1. Hypertension Indicator: Flashes if systolic ≥135 or diastolic ≥85.
  2. Irregular Heartbeat Symbol: Appears if irregular rhythm detected during measurement.
  3. Morning Indicator (AM): Shows for readings taken between 6am-10am.
  4. Low Battery Symbol: Replace batteries soon.
  5. Error Codes: E1-E5 indicate cuff, pressure, or system errors.

Tip: Consult physician to establish your personal target ranges. Multiple readings over time provide best trend analysis.

Care & Maintenance

Clean with soft, dry cloth. Do not immerse in water.
