Getting Started

Prepare the monitor for first use.

  1. Insert batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.
  2. Set date/time: Press SET button, use UP/DOWN to adjust values, press SET to confirm.
  3. Attach cuff: Connect cuff tube to the air connector on left side of unit.
  4. Select user: Press USER button to select User 1 or User 2 for memory storage.

CAUTION! Use only specified AC adapter. Do not mix old and new batteries.

Taking a Measurement

For accurate results, follow these steps carefully.

  1. Sit comfortably: Rest for 5 minutes before measuring, feet flat on floor.
  2. Apply cuff: Place cuff on bare upper arm 1-2 cm above elbow, align artery marker with brachial artery.
  3. Position arm: Rest arm on table with cuff at heart level.
  4. Start measurement: Press START/STOP button, remain still and quiet.
  5. Read results: Display shows systolic, diastolic, and pulse rate.
  6. Store reading: Automatically saved to selected user memory.
  7. Power off: Unit turns off automatically after 1 minute.

Tip: Take measurements at same time each day for consistent tracking.

Memory Function

Stores up to 100 readings per user with date/time stamp.

  1. Select user: Press USER button to choose User 1 or User 2.
  2. View memory: Press and hold SET button for 2 seconds to enter memory mode.
  3. Navigate: Use UP/DOWN buttons to scroll through stored readings.
  4. View average: Display shows average of last 3 readings for selected user.
  5. Clear memory: In memory mode, press and hold SET and USER simultaneously for 5 seconds.

Note: Memory full indicator appears when 100 readings are stored per user.

Care & Maintenance

Remove batteries before cleaning. Use soft, dry cloth only; do not use liquids or solvents.

  1. Clean cuff: Wipe with damp cloth, air dry completely before storage.
  2. Store properly: Keep in storage case in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  3. Replace batteries: When low battery indicator appears.
  4. Check accuracy: Have unit checked annually by authorized service center.
