Getting Started

Prepare monitor for first use.

Insert batteries: Open compartment, insert 4 AA batteries observing polarity.
Connect AC adapter (optional): Plug into AC port and wall outlet.
Set date and time: Press SET button, use arrows to adjust, press START/STOP to confirm.
Apply cuff: Wrap cuff on bare upper arm 1-2 cm above elbow, align artery marker with brachial artery.

Taking a Measurement

Follow steps for accurate reading.

Sit quietly for 5 minutes before measuring.
Wrap cuff properly on left arm (unless specified otherwise).
Press START/STOP button to begin inflation.
Remain still and quiet during measurement.
Monitor will deflate automatically and display results.
Results show systolic, diastolic, and pulse rate.
Press START/STOP to turn off or wait 1 minute for auto-off.

Tip: Take measurements at same time each day for consistent tracking.

Memory Function

Stores readings for two users.

Select user: Press SET to choose User 1 or User 2 before measurement.
View memory: Press MEMORY button to scroll through stored readings.
Average reading: Display shows average of last three readings for selected user.
Clear memory: Hold SET and MEMORY buttons for 3 seconds to clear all data.

Note: Memory full indicator appears when 100 readings are stored per user.
