Getting Started

Power on the device and set the date/time.

  1. Insert Batteries: Open the battery compartment on the back and insert 4 AA batteries, observing polarity.
  2. Connect AC Adapter (Optional): Plug the adapter into the DC jack on the side of the unit and into a wall outlet.
  3. Set Date and Time: Press the CLOCK button and use the MEMORY button to adjust values. Press START/STOP to confirm.
  4. Attach the Cuff: Slide the metal ring through the cloth loop to form a circle. Place your arm through the cuff.

Tip: For first-time setup, use the AC adapter to ensure power during initial configuration.

Taking a Measurement

For the most accurate reading, sit quietly for 5 minutes before measuring.

  1. Sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor and back supported.
  2. Wrap the cuff on your bare upper arm, 1-2 cm above the elbow. The air tube should run down the center of your arm.
  3. Rest your arm on a table so the cuff is at heart level.
  4. Press the START/STOP button. The cuff will inflate automatically.
  5. Remain still and quiet until the measurement is complete and the cuff deflates.
  6. Your systolic/diastolic pressure and pulse will display on the screen.
  7. The monitor will automatically store the reading in memory.

WARNING! Do not move or talk during measurement. Ensure the cuff is at heart level.

Memory Function

The monitor stores readings for two users (User 1 and User 2).

  1. Select User: Press the USER button to toggle between User 1 and User 2 icons on the display.
  2. View Memory: Press the MEMORY button to scroll through stored readings for the selected user. The average of the last three readings is also displayed.
  3. Clear Memory: To delete all readings for the current user, press and hold the MEMORY button for more than 3 seconds until "CLR" appears.

Note: Each reading is stored with the date and time.

Care & Maintenance

Unplug the AC adapter and remove batteries before cleaning.

  1. Clean the main unit and cuff with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use alcohol, benzene, or abrasive cleaners.
  2. Do not immerse any part of the device in water.
  3. Store in the provided case in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and high humidity.
  4. Replace the cuff if it becomes cracked or damaged.
  5. Replace batteries when the low battery icon appears on the display.

CAUTION! Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the unit yourself.
